after missing gym session twice (ytd and today), i've decided enuff's enuff.. time to do some exercise.. finally got my adrenaline pumping man.. did a couple of push ups and sit ups.. normal procedures.. den took e 1kg weights and worked on my arms.. woo.. dat strain i feel... so shuang la..den did some rigorous routines on my leg.. haha.. so my legs felt e strain too.. actually it was quite tough seeing dat i've stopped excercising for quite a long time.. so kinda not used to it.. so i didnt overdo anything.. stopped when my muscels couldnt take it anymore..
after i did e warm ups, turned e music up loud and did a couple of boxing.. woo hoo!! so long nv do liao la.. hard punches towards invisible opponents.. haha.. after i stopped, i can feel e strain all e way to my back la.. which is kinda gd.. i wan my whole body to get used to these routines cos i'm gonna do it every nite man.. oh yea.. i'm totally serious abt losing those fats..
think instead of going gym, i'm juz gonna run a couple of blocks ard my hse.. more feasible.. some more no need to pay money and no need to jio ppl.. haha.. some more tired le can rest.. plan my routine on my own.. keke.. so shiok la.. tml's going to play badminton.. hope dun cancel.. >.<
haha.. anyways, nth much happened la.. only interesting thing was toking to e CP regarding a certain communication tutor who cant communicate.. yea well.. haha.. gtg le.. need to bathe.. ciao~
